  • We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at 10Three Beauty Lab. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your appointment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

  • We prefer texting – we communicate with all clients via text or email to keep a record of conversations. This also allows clients to easily send photos. Most importantly, it creates a peaceful salon environment for our clients receiving services.

  • All services are non-refundable but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

    The service must be a mistake from your service provider…not something you might have changed your mind about after the service was performed. You must contact your service provider within 48 hours to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date.

    It is important that you contact the salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for your corrective service. We will not be mad and just want you to love your hair!

    Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired results.

  • We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 14 days of the original purchase. No cash value is given however an in-Salon credit will be issued.

  • 10Three Beauty Lab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.

    In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify your stylist of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

    This allows us ample time to fill the appointment with clients on a waiting list should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of the service will result in 50% of the cost of services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

  • In order to respect the time of our stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee of 100% of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in/same day basis only. Please be advised if you no-show on a redo reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

  • Please be courteous to your Stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you and assess a fee for the cost of the services you were scheduled for.

  • Children should only be in the salon if they are receiving a service and should be under adult supervision at all times.

  • 10Three Beauty Lab accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple pay, and cash.

  • Your request will be scheduled based on Stylist's availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation directly from your stylist or 10Three Beauty Lab. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.

  • Information collected from this site in only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
